X Factor judge Kelly Rowland has revealed that she loves her role on the judging panel.
The former Destiny’s Child singer admits that she does not even mind the long hours.
Rowland insisted that her new role is even better because she is in constant contact with show boss Simon Cowell.
Kelly told the Daily Mirror: “The X Factor is awesome.
“It is hard work, a 13-hour day. But I like being a judge as I want to help.
“I want to be constructive. I’m not there to crush anybody’s dreams.”
She added: “There is so much talent in the UK. And I love Simon Cowell.”
Rowland admitted that as well as giving her career a boost, the talent show has the potential to spice up her love life.
The 30-year-old revealed that she has taken quite a shine to some of the handsome male contestants.
She added: “There’s been a few hot guys auditioning.
“One was so cute I almost gave him my Blackberry Messenger PIN!”
Rowland is busy with the launch of her third solo album Here I Am in the
US this week.
